This is the official website for the writer/producer/mixer David Kosten. Producer of the twice Mercury nominated and Ivor Novello winning albums for Bat For Lashes, and Mercury Prize/Ivor Novello nominated band Everything Everything. The website for his Faultline project can be found here.
2013 has so far featured Faultline, Thumpers (Sub Pop), Cousin Marnie (unsigned), Bombay Bicycle Club (Island), Gareth Malone's new choir project (Decca), Anna Aaron (Two Gentlemen) and the new Lexus tv campaign "Amazing In Motion" featuring Kristina Train (Virgin/EMI).
Work in 2012 included the Bat For Lashes album 'The Haunted Man' (Parlophone/Capitol), the Everything Everything album 'Arc' (RCA Victor), the UK No1 single 'The Power Of Love' by Gabrielle Aplin (Parlophone), 'Everything At Once' by Lenka (used globally in the Microsoft Windows 8 Launch tv advert - Epic USA), the Frank Miller-directed tv ads for Gucci and tracks for USA singer Kristina Train (Virgin/EMI), French singer Owlle (Epic France), and new unsigned UK acts Soft Bullets and Cousin Marnie.
